أكد مستشار الأمن القومي الأميركي جيك سوليفان، الى أنّ الولايات المتحدة لن ترفع العقوبات قبل التأكد من التزام إيران بالاتفاق النووي. وأضاف أن محادثات فيينا النووية كانت مثمرة.
وبدأت يوم الخميس جولة ثانية من المحادثات، تتضمن مناقشات في صور مختلفة، فضلاً عن اجتماعات رسمية لكل الأطراف الباقية في الاتفاق.
ويرأس الاتحاد الأوروبي الاجتماعات بين الأطراف المتبقية في الاتفاق، وهي إيران وروسيا والصين وفرنسا وألمانيا وبريطانيا.
