أعلنت المكسيك أنها ستوقع مع الولايات المتحدة اتفاقية للتنمية بما يخدم حل قضية الهجرة.
وقال الرئيس المكسيكي أندريس مانويل لوبيز أوبرادور في مؤتمر صحفي إن المكسيك والولايات المتحدة ستوقعان اتفاقا بشأن التنمية المرتبطة بالهجرة خلال زيارة نائب الرئيس الأميركي كامالا هاريس للمكسيك هذا الأسبوع.
وتتطلع هاريس، في أول جولة خارجية لها إلى تعميق العلاقات الدبلوماسية مع غواتيمالا والمكسيك، اللتين تشكلان ركيزة لجهود إدارة جو بايدن لوقف الهجرة عبر الحدود الأميركية.
