قام أحد مساعدي الرئيس الأرميني فاهاغن خاتشاتوريان بتصويره عبر الهاتف بجانب نعش الملكة إليزابيث الثانية في قصر وستمنيستر في لندن.
وأشير إلى أن هذا التصرف من قبل الرئيس الأرميني يعتبر أول حالة انتهاك للحظر المفروض على التصوير الفوتوغرافي سجلت خلال مراسم الوداع.
وبحسب الأعراف البريطانية، فإن مثل هكذا تصرف خلال مراسم دفن الميت يعبر عن قلة الاحترام بحق الميت وذويه.
