أعلنت كلّ من روسيا وأوكرانيا أن معركة شرسة تهزّ مدينة أوغليدار التي تحاول القوات الروسية دخولها في شرق أوكرانيا.
بدروها أكدت القوات الانفصالية الموالية لروسيا أن وحدات تابعة لها تتحصن على مشارف أوغليدار، مشيرة إلى وجود القوات الروسية في الجنوب الشرقي وفي شرق المدينة.
