يواصل الجيش الروسي شن هجمات بلا هوادة على مدينة باخموت شرقي أوكرانيا وقصف مدينة خيرسون جنوبي البلاد، حسبما ذكر مسؤولون في كييف.
ويعتبر الكرملين باخموت محورا رئيسيا في تقدمه البطيء في شرق أوكرانيا، بعد أكثر من عام من بدء روسيا هجومها العسكري على جارتها.
إلى ذلك، أعلنت نائبة وزير الدفاع الأوكراني هانا ماليار أنه “دار قتال عنيف الخميس في جميع المناطق على الجبهة الشرقية، وتصدت القوات الأوكرانية للهجمات في أغلب تلك المناطق”.
وأضافت: “أغلب جهود العدو الهجومية تجري في قطاع باخموت، والقادة الروس أعادوا توجيه الجنود إلى هناك من مناطق أخرى، وينفذ يوميا العدو في باخموت من 40 إلى 50 عملية اقتحام و500 عملية قصف”.
