لوحظ ان حزب الكتائب الذي قاطع الجلسة في يومها الاول تمثل امس بالنائب سليم الصايغ الذي القى مداخلة، فيما غابت غالبية الذين حضروا أمس الاول من كتلتي «لبنان القوي» و«الجمهورية القوية»، وقد تحدث في الجولة الصباحية 14 نائبا، وفي المسائية تحدث 10 نواب، واتسمت الكلمات بنوع من التسجيل الحضوري وليس إلا، وفقا لمصادر نيابية.
