أكدت حركة حماس أن حديث إسرائيل عن خطط عسكرية لاستئناف القتال في غزة، إلى جانب قرارها بقطع الكهرباء، هي خيارات أثبتت فشلها ولن تحقق أهدافها.
وأوضحت الحركة أن هذه السياسات تشكل تهديدًا على الأسرى الإسرائيليين المحتجزين في غزة، مؤكدة أن سبيل تحريرهم الوحيد هو التفاوض.
كما أشارت إلى أن المفاوضات التي جرت مع الوسطاء المصريين والقطريين، إضافة إلى مبعوث الرئيس الأميركي السابق دونالد ترامب، تركزت حول وقف الحرب، وانسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي من القطاع، والشروع في إعادة الإعمار.
