قام رئيس طبابة قضاء صور في وزارة الصحة العامة الدكتور وسام غزال والمراقبين الصحيين بجولة على أفران في مدينة صور، شملت مستودعات التخزين وعمليات النقل والعجن وتخزين المياه والتأكد من سلامة وجودة المواد الأولية المستعملة.
وتم توجيه الارشادات اللازمة وانذارات بوجوب الالتزام التام بالقواعد العامة لسلامة الغذاء خاصة لجهة النظافة العامة والنظافة الشخصية للعمال واعتماد اللباس الموحد.
كما لوحظ مباشرة بعض الأفران أعمال الصيانة الضرورية ضمن الشروط الصحية المطلوبة وشروط السلامة العامة.
